I architect and ship software that holds up in production

One person, end to end: I design the system, write the code, and stay long after launch. My own SaaS and client work — all of it live, none of it templated.

PageCraft Flagship · my SaaS
My own product — an AI landing-page and storefront builder for Malaysian micro-sellers. I designed it, priced it, shipped it, and I run it in production.

PageCraft — AI landing-page builder dashboard
The problem I solved

Dashboards were choking on how page data was indexed. I rebuilt that layer and cut load times sharply — while keeping the platform lean enough to stay profitable at small scale.

LokalFlow Flagship · my SaaS
Build with Gemini XPRIZE Hackathon · submitted Aug 2026
My own product — an AI order-taking assistant that turns a seller's WhatsApp into a storefront. A customer messages in plain Malay or English, the AI reads the order, prices it, takes delivery details and sends a DuitNow receipt. Built for Malaysian home bakers and micro-sellers. I designed it, priced it, shipped it, and I run it in production.

LokalFlow — AI WhatsApp order-taking dashboard
The problem I solved

Small sellers drown in WhatsApp order chaos — scattered messages, manual tallies, missed payments. I built a multi-tenant platform where an AI reads each message, recomputes every price server-side so totals can't be gamed, and hands the seller a clean order the moment it lands.

AI order parser

Reads free-text WhatsApp messages in Malay or English, extracts items and delivery, and drafts a reply in the seller's voice.

Live payments & billing

Stripe subscriptions and credit packs over FPX, card and e-wallets, with a reverse-trial flow and webhook-driven fulfilment.

Cash affiliate system

Recurring commissions with a hold-and-payout ledger, bank verification and an admin console.

Delivery engine

Seller-defined zones with server-side fee calculation, plus a quote mode ready for courier APIs.

KiraMargin Flagship · my SaaS
Build with Gemini XPRIZE Hackathon · submitted Aug 2026
My own product — a margin calculator for home food sellers who price by feel and quietly lose money on every order. She enters her recipe, her costs and her price; it tells her what she actually keeps per piece, and a Gemini profit report explains what to fix first. One offline file, sold as a one-time licence.

The problem I solved

Home sellers don't abandon spreadsheets because they can't do maths — they abandon them because the tool asks for everything up front. So I made the whole product one self-contained file with no login, no server and no internet needed, and reordered the wizard so the seller opens her receipts once and watches what she keeps per piece move as she types.

Gemini profit report

The calculator owns every number; Gemini only interprets them — a health verdict, the biggest risk, and three ranked moves, cached per language.

Licence server

One-time keys with a device limit, built to fail open so a bad network can never lock out a paying customer.

Revenue dashboard

Revenue by month, activation rates and AI usage — read-only, on its own credential, separate from anything that can revoke a key.

Offline-first delivery

Installable as an app, works with no signal, and updates itself on next launch through a network-first service worker.

Packages

Starting points, not fixed quotes — final scope decides the number. Every build is designed, written and shipped by me, and I stay on after launch.

How I Work

01

Products, not pages

I ship things that run, sell, and get maintained — not decks and mockups. The proof is that my own SaaS is in production.

02

Architecture first

Performance, data model, and cost are decisions made early, on purpose. That's the difference between a site and a system.

03

You talk to the builder

No account managers, no handoffs. The person scoping your project is the person writing the code.
